Monkeypox
Monkeypox is a virus with spreads through close skin-to-skin contact including sex.
While generally it is very rare in the UK, since May 2022 cases have become more common. Although it can affect anyone, most cases of monkeypox have been among gay and bisexual men.
Vaccines are available for members of at-risk groups.

Symptoms
Flu-like symptoms about 3 weeks after exposure
Rash 1-4 days after initial symptoms
New or unusual spots, ulcers and blisters
